This is to inform you that we have given our families passport for renewal. So after few weeks i got a call from consulate but unfortunately i was not able to answer the calls due to training session in my office. I was trying to call dubai consulate for repeated hours but was not able to get them on line. Fortunately, i sent my friend over there to by giving the receipt no whether the passports have been arrived. So he got to know that they got the pp two weeks back. We are frustrated so much and we have given our email address t them while we are filling the form. The staff in the consulate is not that much responsible to inform the authorities thr email and this is a big responsibility of them. Since we are here they paid for their services.honestly they are poor services.
