I am an srilankan migrated to India in my childhood, now that my visa got expired and I need travel to Singapore for studies and the Indian government has levied penalty for about 5 years I won't be able to return back to India.. My mother and brother will be all alone in here, please let me know is there any way to reduce the penalty period.
