เรียนเจ้าหน้าที่สถานทูตที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ดิฉันชื่อ กัลยา ค่ะต้องการปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับเรื่องการจดทะเบียนสมรสกับชาวศรีลังกา ในประเทศไทยค่ะ ทราบว่าทางฝ่ายชายจะต้องมีหนังสือรับรองความเป็นโสด เพื่อนำมาจดทะเบียนสมรสที่เมืองไทย ไม่ทราบว่าเอกสารดังกล่าวจะมาดำเนินการขอที่สถานทูตศรีลังกาประจำประเทศไทยได้หรือไม่คะ เนื่องจากขณะนี้เขาทำงานอยู่ที่ประเทศกาตาร์ ไม่สะดวกที่จะเดินทางไปขอเอกสารที่ประเทศศรีลังกาอีก
ขอรบกวนให้คำปรึกษาขั้นตอนในการดำเนินการดังกล่าวด้วยค่ะ และตัวดิฉันเอง ต้องขอหนังสือรับรองความโสดด้วยหรือไม่คะ และต้องติดต่อที่ไหน เนื่องจากดิฉันหย่า มีหนังสือรับรองการหย่าถูกต้องค่ะ
