I am am type B resident of Switzerland, through marrying a swiss man. I need a visa for staying in Spain longer, particularly, a non-lucrative temporary resident visa. I will be in Spain for 8 months, not working. Can you please tell me how to get this? Also, how long does it take to process? What is the fee?

My fiance and i decided to go on a romantic holiday trip so we settled for mallorca, but i live in switzerland and my fiance in Gambia west africa. He needs a visa so i was asking weather its possible that he will a visa. My email address is weezianalewinski@hotmail.de. My boss need to obtain a NIE for our spain office and wondering if:
- he has to appear personally at the Embassy, or if I could go on his behalf with a PoA.
- Could we obtain NIE from Consulate in Zurich and not having to travel to Bern.
