On 31 May-2 June in Madrid will held the Annual Conference of EU SBA(Small Business Act). I am the national coordinator of EU SBA for Kosovo and I have an officially invitation to participate there. I have an one year Schengen visa and please can you tell me whether I can go to Spain, if not what are the chances that in a week to get a visa in your consulates in Skopje, in way that on 30 to travel to Madrid
