I have Kosovan Passport, and on it i have two visas 1 UK visa that expires on july and another Schengen one that expires on Jun. I like to make a trip to Spain, can I?

I would like to apply for students visa in Spain, I have been accepted for master studies 2013/2014 in the University of Basque in Bilbao. So, I am a Kosovo citizenship, which obviously I have Kosovo Passport.
If you could help me with some addition information regarding to this issue, I will appreciate.

If you are a Kosovar and you want to get a Spanish visa, you might as well forget about it. The only reasons they would give visas are (not sure) if your visit is in the National Interest of Spain and Humanitarian help.
So either a professional football player or red cross person helping in disaster. Other reasons such as, simple visits to friends, youth training's and other reasons as such, you will get a refusal,...maybe unless the organization that is funding you makes it look like your visit to Spain will save Spain. :S...
