I'm a Medical Doctor.Citizen from Dominican Republic in possession of a 10 years US visa. Do I need a European Visa to go and visit families or friends living in your country. Will stay just 15 days of vacation.

I am aresidence of st.maarten, holding indian passport, imwould like to go to spain formweek for a conference, can I obtain a spanish visa from santo dpomingo, do I need to be there in person or can I send you my passport. Kindly reply to

A Transity Visa-
