learning spanish
The best and authentic place to learn spanish language is at Instituto Cervantes in CP, New Delhi. It is the Cultural Centre by the Embassy Of Spain. It has several branches in India too..You may google the results for the same.
Another place to learn this language is Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan in New Delhi and again it has its branches around the country.

Visa denial by Spanish Embassy
I live in Spain and recently my mother while visiting Spain had a serious brain hemmorage injury. It was all of a sudden and a big shock. She is unconsious and for the support I asked my brother and his family to come over but even after supplying all medical reports their visa has been rejected.

My mother is in serious coma and I simply cannot understand the reason of visa rejection. Is it not inhuman behaviour.
