i would apply my family visa in your embassey my name is SUKHWINDER KAUR Passport No. is H8914415, and you will suggest me to change my passport foto because my passport foto is very dull, thats why u give me atleast the time of 15 days for change the foto i want to plz expand my time because the passport office says passport have some more days
so please give me some more days with your permiton

What is the procedure for that?

Can I scan and send all the necessary documents to the embassy?
or Should I be physically present at the
