Actually just to complain about the spanish attitude.Recently i was calling to enquire about the whole visa thing .The lady who picked was very arrogant and an ethical.she called me with names like whale.!
Am sure that the spanish ambassador to kenya is not aware of this.Iam a believer of free n fair equal treatment of people n fair justice.
I will go further than this to ensure that the lady is out n she go back to ettiquete school to enhance her uncivilised behavours.

My experience with the spanish embassy has been nothing but a nightmare firs they asked for additional document then i appealed and submitted and they just said they wont give me a visa and without any explanation. This is the most dis organized office They never reply to any emails and on top if they say they will call you they dont. Am yet to see and africanwho can say they have been handled the way they deserve. Funny thing for all whites they go an extra mile but for Africans we are still on our own and yet its African women working in that office.
I called to make an inquiry but the lady who received my call was very rude and utterly unhelpful. I am not sure she represents the true image of the Spanish Embassy. Could you please advise your staff to treat people with respect and dignity? Thanks.

why is everyone complaining about this rude lady? what is the embassy doing about it
kindly find a friendly presonnel o a qualified staff to answer and assist your callers.....am ashamed by the PR on this line
