Lets do something
Mubarak and Gadaffi had the same attitude as these staff they never knew that a village boy burning hismelf down would create historical events and revolutionalise their country..Lets form a facebook page, go to the embassy with hidden cameras to record them they are not untouchables they will be sacked if our movement grows big. todo es posible.they are in kenya because they serve their interests and we the people make up what is Kenya so they should serve us.I´ll come back with the group formed and we shall begin step by step until those racists are sent home and that black racist receptionist is sent to her village.Let them go back to Spain and learn what is diplomacy and copy other embassies. The internet is big if this comment is deleted they cant touch us on facebook and twitter

Arrogance and unnecessary documents
I hope that this page is read by the spanish embassy because there is this lady called Macedes or something and she just is so rude and even most of the staff If someone is applying for a visa to your country it would be good to treat them like humans and the many unneccesary documents they demand and the charges for some of the documents eg translation and chacking of each document being charged 3,200 shillings is absurd Imagine if one hyad 100 documents???? Spain is a very beautifull and humble and friendly country with very good relations thus the staff in the consulates should be changed and change the way they handle we Africans when applying for visas because we are all humans be it black, white, Brown , Indian, arab etc we deserve to be treated in a more humane way.

rude staff
i sometimes wonder whether the rudeness in the Spanish embassy happens because we are blacks or what they tend to forget that we are all human we need to look after the well being of each other since it could be me today it could be you tomorrow never treat people as if they are not human always remember that what goes around comes around bi kind

Disappointed
I cant believe that at this era when international relationalships, especialy diplomatic ties, among different states should be safeguarded at all cost, there is somebody out there in a very important place like an Embassy whose work is just to frustrate people. I've been making trips to apply for Spanish visa so as to attend the World Youth Day but what ive been getting is nothing other than frustrations. You are told to come with this document and when you get ready no one even wants to look at them and instead another one is created. There is this white lady who does not even want to look at you leave alone listening to you.She doesnt talk to people directly instead she uses another lady(black of course)as her channel of communication to people and just imagine that this lady-channel of communication is just one metre away from her and 75 centimetres away from you.To make matters worse, this white lady would be just seated there eating snacks. What a shame. This is to me a discrimination of a certain order. Cant the Embassy do something about this,I'm sure that Spain wont be happy with this kind of picture that these people are painting of her. Come on please and act, I strongly believe that the Spanish people in Spain are not getting such disappointing treatments from Kenyan Embassy in Spain. Spain is such a nobble Country and i'm sure that they are able to send some qualified career diplomats who can work as the Embassy staff.
