Spanish visa for Belarusian citizen in Mexico as a tourist
Dear All,

Could you please advice if being a Third Country National I can apply for Spanish visa (for travelling / tourism) in Mexico city while staying here as a tourist for 180 days.
I am Belarusian by nationality and have passport of the Republic of Belarus.

QUESTION
I am a Nigerian with Temporal resident of Mexico but which to go to Nigeria for the renewal of my Passport. I need a Airport Transit visa.i do understand the cost is 60 e,but i dont know if i have to pay by money order or in cash?and again i need to know the requirement to get a transit visa.
