I would like to know the contact details how to set an appointment, how much will it cost and how long will the processing be? This is for my relatives who is in madrid,Spain. They authorized me to process their legalization of there documents.

good evening!i would like to inform that i want to reset my appointment on july 19,2012,because of the requirements they need is not on my hands before july 19 this year..i want to request another appointment maybe next next week this month...
Excellency, Mr. Tulfo is a popular media personality here in the Philippines because of the image of being a defender of the oppressed which he has successfully cultivated. Police, crime, labor relationships, and extra marital affairs are the usual subjects of his newspaper column and radio which do have popular and entertaining appeal. He is pretty much competent in these topics.
However, he had on several occasions strayed on topics about history, sociology, and military. He has been making statements of these nature dogmatically, with no historical, social, nor military facts, as basis to support them. He has not even presented any analysis to support the logic of his statements. Regarding these subject matters, his statements do not merit any substantial value.
A friend from the intelligence service revealed to us that his practice of the media profession has a link with his having accepted envelopes but with subtlness. We also came to know that he has been provided security from the Philippine Marines. Can you imagine his strong influence in the military? The Philippine Marines is supposed to be a battle tested rapid deployment force against foreign invaders yet here he is, a media personality being secured by this unit. Statements from this person should not be given much weight because he does not have the integrity.
Mr. Tulfo has always made statements in his column defending rabidly the north americans of the United States and their continued violation of our nationhood until today. Yet he has made statements insulting to the spaniards who today have been treating us filipinos with respect and brotherly warmth. His statements does not have any credibility considering his psychological pathological reactions before different actions. It seems he has violent reaction to present good treatment and masochistic reaction towards past until present abusive treatments.
Much has already been said about spanish friars and government officials' atrocities when the Philippines was under the government of Spain. But our nation has been deprived of knowledge on many substantial positive things that have happened to us under Spain. By the time the umbilical chord of our nation was cut from Madre España to be born as a nation in 1898, we were a healthy nation.

They say we cannot chose our parents. So is it with the parents of our nation. In the 1600s to the 1700s, there was a developmental intercourse of events involving the iberians under Spain and the indios of the different islands somewhere in the Southwest Pacific and Southeast Asia which led to the conception of Filipinas in the 1800s and birth as an independent nation in 1898.
It is because of these fact that we united and defended our nation single handedly against invasion by the aggressor forces of the emerging most powerful nation in the 1900s- the United States of North America. We gave-in to their demand to surrender only after they resorted to massive hostage-taking and extermination of the civilians among us. For more than a decade, nationalism drove us to defend our nation against americans and chinese control of our political, defense and economic system. Whatever leyenda negra is spread, this fact can never be suppressed perpetually as the basis of our nationhood.
Despising Spain which is the message of Mr. Tulfo is despising a long lost mother who is today making reconciliatory efforts. It discourages us to be reconciled with how we were born as a nation.
It is only when we filipinos can be reconciled with this fact that we can start to have our national identity and start living not only as an individual or a family but as a nation. This is the only way to be healed of our present national corruption and recover our original healthy nation.
