Visa Requirements

I am english and live in Spain and have residency. I am retired but self supportive. My girlfriend lives in the Philippines. Can someone tell me where i can find what visa requirements are required for her to come to spain as my fiancee. How much will it cost me the ligalization of one document?
Found so many question. I hope they are all being answered. I just wnt to knw how much is the legalization of one document.
