How do i get a student visa? Specifically what are the requirements? Will it be easier for me since my grandmother has a dual citizenship, she has a Spanish passport? I am a travel agent here in Iloilo CIty, my client was already approve their tourist visa good for 45 days that is valid 11/1/2010 until 12/30/10, how ever they want to change the validity because they want to go early in Barcelona this coming September before the winter season. It is possible that they can change it or to re apply another visa so that they can avail the new validity and they can flight as early as possible.
