How can I complain regarding money transaction Fraud might done from Madrid ?
Somebody is contacting me since last week & I am really not interested in dirty money .
They wanted to transfer an amount belonging to Late Yemeni Mohammed F Khalid who passed away in car accident with his Wife.
They are issuing certificates of Kinship in my name & I do believe that all of their documents are fake & I also believe that Mr Khalid must be having near kinship to claim his deposited money at Grupo Santander Private Banking Madrid .
I hope I could get your reply to stop such crimes.

Dear Sir,
As your Excellency might know, I have my sick daughter for whom we went to Spain three times in the past to follow her treatment at FERNANDEZ -VEGA hospital in OVIEDO.
We have fixed an appointment on 14/5/2012, accordingly all arrangement have been done, air booking, hotel booking and doctor booking.
We haven't been aware of the new system of submitting the passports 45 days prior to the travel, we thought it is just like last few times, only fifteen days.
Dear Mr.EMANUEL
As your Excellency know, canceling all of the above arrangement is something very difficult yet very costly.
I would appreciate it very much if you would exceptionally treat our case in a special manner with promise to apply in accordance with your new regulations next time.
Please kindly be informed that the consular received an email from the hospital informing the appointment date.

I have to withdraw the visa application form for about ten days and I try to contact the embassy phone to schedule a presentation without an answer ratio to fill the line-up so please give me another phone number or send a date to my email
