I am a native Spanish teacher from Spain who has been teaching in Asia for many years, as a tutor and also as a teacher in International Schools.
I have taught students from many countries (Indonesia, South Korea, U.K., USA, Japan, Australia, India, Philippines...)

As far as I know the Embassy of Spain in Jakarta does not have language course. You may enroll at Aula Cervantes, Trisakti Grogol for this. For formal certification, it is called DELE (like TOEFL or IELTS of Spanish language). The exam takes place only twice a year normally.
Btw, if you are interested in learning Spanish in private, I can give you a hand. I am Indonesian and I have just been back from Spain. Would be perfect for you who wants to learn basic Spanish ;)
