Hello, I'm sending the EVS volunteer to Spain. She needs to get the Residence permit in Istanbul. But she cannot make the appointment in the embassy. When we call no one answers, we put the numbers, but still no answer from the operator. Ketevan.jinoridze@droni.org

I Erasmus Partner Country Scholarship Holder from Georgia. It is already a week trying to contact to arrange an appointment. I called to the following phone numbers: 0902122707410 / 0902122707414 /0902122702465 but still didn't get answer from any of this phone calls. Also sent you mail to this address: cog.estambul@maec.es without answer.
Can somebody let me know what I should do to arrange an appointment for Visa ?
