spain is beautifull country but this time lot of problem there this time in espana there is no work.ap kay jo 2 uncle hain wo be ap ko apny sath nain rakhay gay .idar say sab khaty hain ha jahoo udar ja kar pata chalta hai

Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well.I am a student applying for spain student visa.I have heard some news that spain embassy has Introduced two new developments in study visa like there should be a personal bank statement of standard chartered Bank of Rs.2.5 millions.And there should be IELTS result of 6.0 band .
If such requirements are really necessary for study visa than please let me know in some details.
