میں یقین سے تو نہیں کہہ سکتا لیکن میرا خیال ہے کہ اگر سپینش پارٹنر خود نہ جا سکتا ہو تو اس کو سپین سے ایک اتھارٹی لیٹر نوٹری پبلک سے بنوا کر بیجھنا ہوتا ہے
میرا ایک دوست سپین کا نیشنل ہے وہ خود ایمبیسی کیس جمع کروانے گیا تھا اس کو کیس موصول کرنے والے نے بولا تھا کہ جب کیس کا فیصلہ ہو گا تو آپ کو ایک دفعہ ایمبیسی آنا ہو گا جب فیملی بک یا پاسپورٹ وصول کرنا ہو تو کوئی ایک بھی جا کر وصول کر سکتا ہے
Pehly to esa kuch nahi tha....meri family main jb bhi kisi ko famliybook ya bechon ki nationalty mili sirf ek parent hi ja k la sakta hay. ....abhi kuch din pehly mery ek relitive ne apni bechi ka passport renew kerwya hay but wo ekili hi gai thi. .jb family book or bachoon ki nationalty mili tb bhi ekili hi gai thi. ..Kya Yeh abhi rule nikla hay. ..conferm hay Yeh?

If the parent who confers Spanish nationality to the child had acquired
Spanish nationality after the child’s birth, documents can be submitted by
either one or both the parents, but prior to the registration of the child both
parents will be contacted by the Embassy so that they, together, will appear at
the Embassy. In that case, also the appearance of the minor over 14 years old
will be required.
