I work for an NGO called ZACRO ( Zimbabwe Association for Crime Prevention and the Rehabilitation of the Offender) The organisation is involved with the visiting and inspection of prison conditions. Currently we are also visiting and inspecting the Police Detention Cells.

Good Morning. Please advise on the visa application prcoess for your country. We are a catholic youth group from Our Lady of the Wayside in Mt. Pleasant and have registred and been confirmed to participate in this year's WYD in Madrid. We wish to travel as a group of 8. We will depart Harare on the 15th of August to arrive on the 16th of August 2011. We wish to depart Madrid on the 22nd of August 2011 to return home.

I am resident in the UK under the tier 1, general migrant visa but frequently travel to Zambia to check on our family business. My family of four, that the wife(main sponsor) and 2 daughters aged 18 and 13, respectively are in the UK. We have a planned holiday to spain on dec.24,2010 for 1 week. I will be returning to the UK on Dec.20, 2010 and as such will not be able to apply for my visa there, due to time constraints. It is in this regard that I seek your confirmation and logistics in applying for a visa to your office.Please state as well, all the requirements.
