I'm about to get married with Spanish,we are going to get married there in a Spanish court,by the way im Moroccan girl,this marriage will be by proxy,belwakala,but still dont know what are the documents i should prepare,and the procedures,

Please be informed we are from Libya, students in Spain and our visa have been expired and it urgently to update the visa for continuality of study in Spain and have legal stay in Spain
In the current time it s impossible to go back to Libya because the Spain embassy in Libya is closed to update the visa on time
We kindly requesting you if it is possible to apply for visa in Spain embassy in Morocco

After the Spanish consulate refuses the Visa application and a part from the recourse in a Spanish Court, I got to know there was a possibility to file a recourse in Spanish consulate in Casablanca and they provided an email address. After sending many emails and follow ups there is no answer. Can someone share the experince they had and what the timeframes are to answer such quesries at Spanish Consulate in Casablanca. Is there a possibility to get an appointment at Spanish Consulate in Casablanca ? (Not VFS outsourcing center). Thanks
