This my second visa to spain since 2006. I lived in Zagazig, which is 80 km from cairo and far from Alexandria. Can I apply for my visa for a training week in Zaragosa Institute and receive it from Cairo? Please let me know on my contact information:

I have been to call the embassy for the past hour with no success.I have a UN Laissez-Passer (LP)- do i still need to take an appointment or should I send my LP right away.

I have recently applied for a spanish visa and it supposed to be ready i couldnt recieve it on time as i had a family emergency and had to travel to swiss, i need to know if its possible to recieve the visa after the date by 10 days.
i need an answer asap
