بداية نشكر لكم تعاونكم معنا ونشكر جهودكم المبذولة في تسهيل خدماتنا السياحية في أسبانية
لقد تقدمن لكم بمجموعة سياحية مؤلفة من 37 شخص عبارة عن عائلات من الطائفة المسيحية بتاريخ 29/8/2012 ووللأسف تم رفض جميع المجموعة السياحية من قبلكم مع العلم أننا قمن باستكمال كافة الأوراق الازمة من أرصدة مصرفية وبيان مهنة وحجوزات طيران وغير ذلك كما أننا تقدمنا بدعوة من شركة أسبانية مرخصة باستقبال المجموعة وتقديم البرنامج لهم بشكل كامل وقمنا بدفع الرسوم واحضارهم شخصيا إلى موعد المقابلة , ولدينا العديد مثل هذه المجموعات ترغب بالسفر إلى أسبانية وقضاء عطل سياحية في بلدكم .
نرجو منكم تزويدنا بالسبب الرئيس للرفض وما هو التقصير الذي صدر من قبلنا أو من قبل المجموعة السياحية ؟وهذه هي أسماء العائلات في المجموعة السياحية :
