I am just merried with a Dutchman who is 12 years resident in Spain. I made a ticket reservation at 4 May to travel together with my husband to Barcelona. Can I apply for visa with my maiden name passport or do I have to change my passport with my husband name, because time too short to change now because of many national festival holidays, or we both loose our tickets. After apply VISA to the Embassy and have appointment to receive the VISA. The officer said that please see the VISA status in the Web Site before the appointment date 1-2 day.

Im traveling from Bangkok to Muscat in two weeks, but I have realized that i only have 4 months left on my spanish passport beofre it expires.
Will I be able to travel? Someone told me that i have to have a valid passport for at least 6 months? If so, what is the quickest way I can get my passport renewed over the xmas/New Year holidays?
