I went to the VAC office in Amman today and they refused to take my application cause im travelling in less than 25days , Can you pls let them take my application upon my own responsibilty if the visa will be issued or not

I have meeting in Madrid at 2nd jun 2013
And i got another meeting in Lisbon on 12th jun 2013
I just knew from tracking my application that you approved my visa for 10 days
What shall i do to attend the second meeting in Lisbon as the validity of my visa will be until 12th jun 2013 and i should be travelling to Lisbon via Madrid
Both meetings are so urgent for me to attend as e-commerce manager at Royal Jordanian Airlines
Please answer me urgently
Dear Sir,
I need an appointment to apply for a visa for my Wife which I like to take with me to Spain where I have a meeting to attend on the 21st May, so can you please advise this possibility to get her a visa before that, she has been in Spain before and her Schengen visa expired now.
