I’m writing to you in regards to my interest in bringing forward an appointment at the Visa Application Center at Alexandria for my visa application submittal, as I telephoned to schedule an appointment but they told me that the first available date is 29 Sep 2012 and I intend to travel on the 16th Sep 2012.
I’m a Chemist in KHALDA Petroleum Co and I’m supposed to travel to Spain on a 4 days business mission to visit a chemical manufacturing plant (belonging to CLARIANT Co) at Tarragona.
Khalda petroleum Co is a reputed customer of Clariant, as we buy oil field treatment chemicals from them in considerable quantities every year. In addition, the prime purpose of my visit is to collect more information on the different types of treating chemicals for potential future use.
My problem is simply that I cannot find an appointment date that is enough time before my travel date on the 16th Sep 2012. My travel program is:
CAI to UK (Aberdeen) on 16th Sep 2012
UK to Spain on 22nd Sep 2012
Spain to CAI on 25th Sep 2012
My Passport now is at The UK Consulate to get the UK visa, and I will receive it not later than 3 Sep 2012.
Therefore, I would appreciate if you can grant me an appointment between 4 Aug 2012 and 7 Sep 2012 if possible to give enough time for Spanish Visa processing.
