This is Shayan from seoul - Korea.
I just bcame of korean citizen on 2010 and lived in korea since 2002.
There is no way for attend any korean university from iran and with iranian passort, all you need is apply for tourist visa for entry to korea and after arrive in korea applied to any university in korea.
all korean university do not issue any invitation letter for schoolarships for iranian citizen and the only way is you enter to korea first and then apply to any of korean university.
the course amount is 1500 ~ 3000 USD$ up to level and major for 3 month ~ 6 month stutides ( single term )
