Dear Consulate-general,I am writing to ask for your assistance as I am told to hand in 50000RMB as an asset certificate by Shanghai Ctrip Agency, as I am unable to raise these sum of money at present, I am seeking for help, I have good job here in Hangzhou,zhejiang Province,and my British friend who invites me to visit seoul,may I just get my visa without handing in 50000RMB certificate?
