Question about Deportation from South Korea
A citizen from Sri Lanka, legally traveling from Sao Paulo with a Tourist to Brazil and now with another Tourist Visa to South Korea, is being held in South Korea ( due to previous over stay in South Korea ).
The Immigration Officials are telling that the Deportee should go back to Sao Paulo and then to Sri Lanka.
I understand the Brazilian have no Jurisdiction over the Sri Lanka citizen as He already left Brazil legally, and if deported from S.K He should go to He's Coutry of origin Sri Lanka.
Please advise what is the option as the gentleman have no financial resources to go to Brazil and then to Sri Lanka.
Thank you.
