Too complicated process
Dear Ambassador,

I am a US Citizen and I work for an Indian Company which is a very know group with sales revenue of $2 Billion USD.
We are planning to visit one of the big know automotive components manufacturer in Korea (Delphi Korea Automotive Corporations) and this Korean Company is also with the sales revenue of aprox $1.0 Billion USD.
We applied for the visa for our Chairman of the Company about 3 weeks back and then after few days it was asked that they need certificate of company issued by Korean Government. Although this requirements is not written any where in the documents required by Korean Embassy to apply the visa. Any how we requested our Korean partner to send us the documents and we provided that documents to your team. After submitting this document we got the request again that it should be the latest certificate from the company as the certificate was issued in 2001. Anyhow we requested the new documents again to our partner in Korea and they had the latest 2009 issued certificate. When we submitted that documents your team refused to accept the documents. After that our Korean partner called your team here in Embassy and explained the situation that they have not received the certificate in 2010 and 2009 is the latest one they have. During that discussion your team agreed to accept the documents with 2009 documents. Now when we went to submit the documents to your VFS office they started the same story back again and there is no body ready to listen and your team really does not care about these issues. We are still trying to submit the application for visa but it seems like its never going to happen.

Here is my issue and concerns to your team.
1. Why you team does not apply the logic here to understand the person who is applying for visa and who is requesting the visa. We understand that your team has to do the complete due diligence to make sure the person who is going to go to your country has enough financial capability and has enough reasons to come back from your country. In this case an owner of $2 Billion group is trying to attend a meeting with the ownership of $1.0 Billion company know organization but still your team does not care.
2. Why you do not put these requirements on your website what you need during apply these visa.
3. After explaining and accepting to your team why your team does not take responsibility to communicate to your third party agency VFS ?
4. What will happen if India Consulate also start acting the same for Korean Citizens to issue the visa, I hope you understand that Korean Citizens visit more than India visit to Korea and Korea has significant business relationship with Indian Citizens and country.

I am hoping that you are looking seriously how your team works in their organization and make this easy process rather than making it pain full the business and tourist people thought they pay the money for these services.

hello/ annasyso i visit south korea 2002 Apl i got three month visa for tourist purpose but for any reason i over stay on your country. i know its my mistake but in that stay period i laren alot of good thing in your counrty like your hangmal! your beautifull culture and good see your hardworking people.sir/madam serious i like south korea so much and i want to study there for more better imprument in my self and want good job / in korean langauage interopater or translator please help to is that possible that your country give another chance and if possible then saugest me good collage at south korea for laren langage thanks
