unfriendly
The people working at the montreal korean consulate are the most unfriendly people I have encountered.

mistake in assigning ARC number
I went to teach in Korea first in 2002 and was given an ARC number.

I finished that position and returned again in 2008 or therabouts. [I am still teaching in Korea]

The second time I was granted a visa, the ARC number was different from the first one.

It led to considerable confusion: I was refused when I wanted to license my car.

Immigration in Pusan called immigration in Seoul [where the first ARC was assigned] and then admitted to me that they themselves had made the mistake.

It cost me hours of travelling and explaining to set the matter straight. My ARC card was discontinued, finally, and I was given an ARC card that had the same number as when I first cam to Korea.
