I am a Vietnamese Student who is studying in Italy (Verclli). Next year, I am planning to go to Korea for a trip, around 2 weeks. My question is whether I can apply for visa in Milano or not? Since Rome is quite far from here. How long does it take for the visa application? Thanks a lot!
