May i know the schedule of cbt for ex korea?
My friend's driver found a wallet on the road near SM North EDSA. it belongs to a Korean who we thought is still a student. as we could not understand korean languages its quite difficult.

We need to know how to obtain police clearance with lapsed records for my husband. He needs it for his application in Canada. What if we don't know anyone in South Korea who can help him to obtain a police clearance with lapsed records? What we're gonna do? Do they still issue lapsed records bec it's been 2 times my husband applied for clearance but everytime there's no lapsed records. The Canadian embassy is asking him for lapsed records. Pls help. Thanks!
