Please let me know that I am participate in two Official meetings in Busan in the Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (29 November-1 December 2011) being hosted by the Republic of Korea Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Busan Global Civil Society Forum (26-28 November 2011) being organized by BetterAid, Korea Civil Society Forum on International Development Cooperation and Open Forum.
I am participate in these meetings, BetterAid will support all costs associated with air travel, accommodations and meals for the above mentioned period.
BetterAid has secured accommodations beginning 25 November 2011 and continuing until 2 December 2011 for me at the Novotel Ambassador. So I need some information I mean how can I take visa what is the requirements how long take visa
