Dear Sir,
I tried to book a Korail Pass FX (2DAY for 2 persons) on 18 Oct 2018 in HK =
before leaving to Seoul. I booked the Rorail Pass FX by using the website o=
f Korail from Seoul to Busan , but after entering all the details, includin=
g the date of the first trip, name of two persons and credit cards number, =
after waiting for more than 20 minutes in front of the computer, there was =
no response, only appear Ticketing =E2=80=A6=E2=80=A6 Please wait. Then I a=
ssumed that it cannot go through and start to make a single trip purchase a=
nd got the ticket immediately for both of us. When I arrived at Seoul on th=
e evening on 19 October 2018, I asked the ticketing counter staff about th=
e Korail Pass FX which I intended to purchase in the website. The lady staf=
f told me that the pass-tickets was no successful and no ticket can be issu=
ed. I felt alright and then purchased the tickets from Busan back to Seoul=
on 22/10. It was a good trip and I was back to Hong Kong on 24/10.=20
On 27/10, I received the charges from my AE credit card that they charged m=
e two times, one for the single trip from Seoul to Busan which is correct, =
but also charged the Korail Pass FX for 2 persons (Ref AT 18296000400001002=
0574 ) I tried to use the internet to make the complaint but was not succes=
sful. Then I sent a letter to 240 Jungang-Ro Dong-Gu Daejeon City, Korea 30=
0-720 on 29 October 2018, but also with no answer.
I am enclosing the related documents for your reference. Please direct my c=
omplains to the relevant department or advise me how to make the complain. =
It is indeed a very bad experience after the trip. Do I have to make compl=
ain to the Korea Ambassador in Hong Kong ?

To all Philippine helper in HK that dreaming to get to Korea as TOURIST!! Stop Dreaming.. I am an employer and i went to Korean embassy in admiralty with my helper because i wanted to travel and tour to Korea for just 4 days. and i ask my helper to just join me. The application of my Filipino helper was rejected in the Application counter because they said that a Domestic helper in Hong Kong could not get A tourist Korean visa! they would allow it in terms of if employer needs child care help or elderly help, but as for tourist purposes they not allowed it...I ask why?? why a Filipino Helper could not travel as a tourist in Korea?? she could not answer me instead she just said just go to Philippines and apply a Korean tourist visa there because they do not allow it in HK Korean embassy!!! I am very disappointed with their procedure and i feel that Filipino DH is being Discriminated in that way..isn't it??? The Bad thing is that i already booked a ticket and accommodation for the Planned trip.... Very Disappointing..

Hi, good afternoon madam/sir. I’m going to have a 4 day tour in South Korea together with my employer because I need to take care a child .
