Hi! I'm planning to have a vacation in Korea this March. I'm a Filipino with a residence visa in Dubai. Please advise where I could get a tourist visa and the requirements. I have a friend who went there and took a visa from the Philippines. I was informed that there is no visa/service fee. Please advise if the same applies here in Dubai. Thanks!
