I have been selected for an inspection in Korea for certain equipments which procured by Mitzubishi company Japan for the implementation of Upper Kotmale Hydro Power Project. It has been scheduled on 19 to 21 of this month I am awaiting for the invitation letter from Korean company. Are there any way to down load VISA application form or else do I need to collect it from your office.
