Fraud committed by a South Korean company Dear Sir or Madam,
I am the logistic manager at Omnnea, a CDMA operator in Iraq. I negotiated with a Korean company to order CDMA phones and we agreed to start to test samples worth of about $30,000. The agreement stipulated we bank wire 50% of the fund to the South Korean company (ANK Telecom Co., Ltd) and we did. Mr. Alex Kim, representing ANK Telecom Co., Ltd, acknowledged receiving the find about two months ago, however, he has been giving Omnnea the run around and false promises for sending the CDMA Phone samples. Over the last two weeks, Mr. Kim has simply ignored responding to our e-mails and phone calls. While the fund is not a huge issue to us, however, it is important that you are aware of scam and that it is a matter of principle the fund will be either wired back to us or the phones are shipped. It is our hope this issue is addressed by your respectful embassy since ANK Telecom Co., Ltd and Mr. Kim is smearing your country name in Iraq. On our end we intend to among other things do the following:
1. Inform Kookmin Bank which received the wire informing them about this issue,
2. Inform the ministry of foreign affairs in South Korea,
3. Inform ministry of Trade in South Korea,
4. Inform the chamber of commerce in Iraq,
5. Inform the ministry of foreign affairs in Iraq.
Again, the fund is not the issue but rather the principle. I know for a fact your embassy is not happy with such compliant. I would assume you are aware that Iraq is a tribal country and word of mouth is important. It is not fair to South Korea a con artist like Mr. Kim negatively affecting South Korea’s potential business in Iraq.
i want to know the price of the visa to south korea from iraq please acknowledge me in fastest way about the price of the visa of korea from iraq cosulate i will be greateful
