One more advice
Let's stop non-sense talks and work hard to grow our country like South Korea. You can have the right to admire the Korean culture, art, and development and you may ask for scholarship but first confirm the idea to come back and help your country. Let's not waste our precious time on this comment board anymore. You can't write on the headline 'Scholarship' rather get scholarship updates from www.scholars4dev.com/.../korean-government-scholarships-for-inter.. or contact the Korean embassy through their email address skorea.emb@ethionet.et.

And honestly I believe that Ethiopia must follow the South Korean development policy to grow out of the mud which is soaking it esp nowaday.

I think...
There are more things you could do than posting on a private website about your qualifications and how you should get scholarships to study in Korea. No offense and I respect your enthusiasm, but it would be wiser to seek for the right channel to get financial assistance. There are different types of scholarships that are offered through the universities' official channels, you could ask university officials for that, and so on and on.
Do you even know where and which university you want to study at? My advice for you: Do your homework, and research about about it! You probably should get admitted to the university first before seeking for financial help.
Do you honestly think officials at the Embassy will see these posts and your qualifications and say "oh yeah mos.def. here's $20,000 for you to study, and here's your air ticket" ? I mean come on. If your father was a proud veteran, then I am positive that they will help you AT THE EMBASSY not online.

And the guy who commented about Korea being a resourceless country: Yeah that's true, it's tiny and have nothing besides brains. But look where it got today's Korea. The development was based on the a lot of hardworking people in the 70's and hardcore education. They didn't just sit on their butts and wait for some other countries' assistance. Korea is the first country being the contributor from one of the losers of WWII. I sincerely hope Ethiopia can do the same.
And no I'm not a Korean, I'm an American. No offense, but I just think y'all should have a better idea seeking for help...

Solomon from Addis Ababa. My late dad- Damte Asres Kasa, was a veteran in the Korean war. I went today to the Association Ethiopian Veterans in Korea War office in Addis Ababa, with my mother/his wife/. The office says Korean government concern is only for those veterans alive today, that is not fair.

We know the Association stands for all the war-vetrans (dead or alive), their wives and their children.
I am looking for clarity on this matter from the Korean Embassy or anyother concerned organ in Korea.

Son of a proud war veteran, I also want to actively participate in this honoured Ethiopian-Korean relation in memory of the noble service of my father and his fellow veterans in the Korean war.

I am a certified Management Consultant (Economist by profession) currennlty working for my own firm in Addis Ababa, rendering cosultancy service on Investment Project Analysis, Business Planning and Development Research.
Below is my address for anyone to contact me on the above maters.
