i have an invitation from the pastor Christ healing school and i wish to know the procedure to have a visa
I have been awarded to attend a workshop in cape town from 12 to 16 sept 2011. everything is ready, for booking i am supposed to live on the 9 sept 2011 so i wanted to know, by submitting the application for visa a week before departure would it be possible to have the visa within this period time?

This is to know more about the requirements and the documents needed to introduce a application for a study permit given that, I have already introduce an application for registration in the University of Cape Town. Also, I wish to know how long it can take for me to finally have my study permit.
On the other hand, I also want to still this opportunity to know more about the requirements and the documents needed to introduce an application for students Visa to south Africa.

I intend to go to Rio de Janeiro tomorrow evening. But my route includes Johannesburg. Is it necessary to apply for a transit visa even when I don't need to go out the airport ?
If so, is it possible to apply for that visa today and expect to get the visa in due time ?
