I havent got my permanent resident certificate since may 2011
Dear Sir /Madam
i would like to know how to go about applying for a study visa, an emergency visa. I was accepted at the the university of Western cape and the Government Loarn only gave me 25 thousand Namibian dollars, which was not i=enough as my course is 42 thousand rand. i than decided not to go and wait for next year when i can get extra money from saving up. I however just got a fellowship now that will cover for my expenses. I would like to know how to go about applying for an emegency study permit. I can not register before that and i have to be at the institution by the 21 of January.
please help me, i can not afford to loose this fellowship, i have no one else to support me should this fellowship be declined.

We want to go study in south africa as our date for registration is near on 21 jan 2013,why should our visa study permit has to take so long and what can we do if the registration start and our visa not yet done?
Please get serious and shortening your period and requirements it blocks our ways or our futures two.
Namibian Government you must do the same if other countries puts higher requirements to delay their process.
I am visiting Namibia from the DRC. I have received a call from my son in cape town that i really need to see him.Can I get a visa to south Africa from Namibia since I am already here.

I need to obtain south African citizenship for my daughter whom was born in south African by a Namibian international mother.Because I am not married with her mom she couldn't bear SA citizenship from birth and now her mother will be working in Namibia and we would like her to reside here in SA with me.
Please I need guidance on how to go about addressing this matter
