Downloading application forms
Hi, is there any way to download application forms for a south African passport? My grandfather needs to get back to South Africa quite urgently, and his passport expired. I don't want to drive to the embassy and get the forms, wait for him to fill them in and then go back and stand in the long ques! Please let me know!

Really bad customer service
Your Staff are really Rude and always in a bad mood. They are not helpful and very unfriendly. Can you please do something about this, it has been going on for years.

Thank you

AWFUL customer service
Not only will they check your documents and approve them, but they will also tell you that everything is in order and when to collect.

Only for you to return and be met by eye rolling and a new set of documentation as the one's (which they had approved) are no longer good enough and require a single word or a stamp.

The SA Embassy in Namibia is the most unorganised and unhelpful one i have ever come across and i am truly appalled.

Emergency Passport
As a SA how come an Emergency takes 5-7 working days. Is it not suppose to be an Emergency Passport? Your staff is unfriendly and very unhelpful towards South Africans.
