I would like to know what procedures to follow to get married in Namibia. My fiancee and I are both South African Citizens but would like to get married in Swakopmund Namibia.

hey im not happy because your embassy side says one has to wait 21 working days for study permitt but when you apply you have to wait 8weeks. Like me i don't have 8weeks left. I want to knew what now?
Can you please assist me, I need to find out if I can apply for a new passport at the SA embassy or if I need to do it in South Africa?
