Good day. i would like to know if i can apply for a South African ID, Passport and residency on behalf of my mother? I was born in South Africa in 1982 and we moved to Namibia in 1984. My mom did not fore-fit her South African Nationality and thus is still s South African Citizen although we all have Namibian Citizenship.
