Passport application for SA child
My child's father is currently in Namibia and need to fill in and sign for a passport application for our child. The father lives in Germany.
We are South African citizens.
The form needs to be scanned and mailed to me and the passport office in Centurion.

Can you please assist us urgently.
He is only in Windhoek on Sarurday before flying back to Germany.
What are your office hours on Saturday and could he make an appointment please?

Disappointed
I am let down by the service I received upon visiting the Embassy for the first time. I had only gone there to enquire on the specific documents I would need with me to complete my application for a Study Visa and I was told to come back Thursday JUST for inquiries. To make matters worse, they seemed to be ignoring my calls when I wanted to do a telephonic interview! I find it very pathetic that one has to visit the office on another day just for inquiries, and then come on a different day to bring back the form. And why do you give out telephone numbers if you don't plan to answer our calls?! Time is money and that, we do not have. Please improve ASAP.

complain
I think is very pathetic that you people decided to for visas to be collected only on Thursdays, you wasting our time plus you making us loose out on our school work, and
Your service is very the lady mbuea she is very rude and doesn't treat people with respect.. Please get better customer care. I have missed a month and few weeks of my school work and I missed a few test so I ended up failing my modules because of you guys

Study permit
It is quite sad the way the South African Embassy treat people. Service is pathetic and depressing. I just miss out on my life time dream because I don't have a study permit. I am very heartbroken
