Is there anybody that can help me with getting an unabridged birth certificate issued?

I've sent my application in October 2016 and have sent 21 follow up emails (none replied) and have made several telephone calls (none answered).

I am applying for my NZ Residence and cannot proceed without it. Is there anybody that can help. PLEASE?!

I have been trying for three months now calling emailing and yet I get nothing back no.awnser!
I wait on the phone for 2- 4 min then it cuts off.
One day I tried the entire day phone calling and not one awnser pickup over 200 times. This is not service it's complete station abortion. They get paid to sit and do noting now and enjoy the fruits of doing nothing.
While others have no way of communication. Time for police or NZ government should step in.

Hours to submit your visa in person – Minor Children under 16 years are not required to come one parent of the child can submit the application in person.
Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm appointment not needed
Not open Public Holidays
Processing time is 5-7 working days.
Note the 90days will take affect from the day of application

HI,I have phoned the High Commission 50 times, either engaged or unanswered. I have emailed, no response. I have faxed, no response. How in heavens name am I supposed to obtain a visa?

I'm actively trying to get through to the consulate on this number 04 815 8484. However, there is either no answer or the call gets cut off.
Our flights and accommodation have been done in June 2016 before any of these changes were implemented.

How do I get a visa to visit South Africa in March this year? Do I have to make an appointment in Wellington. If so HOW? No one answers the phones or emails.
There are 4 adults travelling , can one person put in submission for all visas or do all have to attend.

Trying to ring and email, but no luck. How do we apply for a visa for a visit to South africa leaving in February 2017? Do we have to apply in person? (From Whangarei). Also if there is kids - can the adult cone alone to apply if tou have to apply in person? How long does an application take? What do we need to have with the application?

I would like to enquire about the new law on New Zealanders travelling to South Africa.

I have a holiday booked from 23rd January 2017 to 07th February 2017 and I believe I need to get a visa.
