Comments on this High Commission
I tried the whole of yesterday and today , nobody answers the phone ? How do i go about getting a police clearance certificate .
Been trying to get a relatives permit so I can be with my wife in Cape Town. Well we may as well get a divorce as by the time I can get any action I won't recognize my wife. Customer Service very poor except from poor Aysha who gets all the frustrated people on the phone and she can do little. I realize they have a big workload but these permits we require can have a huge effect on our lives . I don't think this is recognized.
i have applied through a company called passport 2000 for documents for my son in the u.k. i have been waiting for white south african's since April just to email what is happening. I have to phone every night to south africa just to be told, waiting for courier. I thought I would go through the embassey, but after reading your experiences, I give up and want to know what is happening to South Africa??????
I rang the SAHC yesterday and got through first time and was advised my wifes passport is ready and is being posted today, great news.
I e-mailed the Consular last week about visas in Zim passports but have heard nothing, will be ringing today to follow up and hope to have the same good result of yesterday.
Very dissapointing. These people don't return any phonecalls or e-mails. It's like running into a brick wall. It is really sad that we have no other choice than to work with them. They've got absolutely no idea how important these transactions are to us and they couldn't give a damn.
Very poor service!!! :)
I cannot get hold of your office on the phone.
I have left an urgent message today, I need the unabridged birth certificates for my two duaghters urgently now. I paid and applied for them on 22/10/2010. I cannot understand why it has to take so long!!!!
I have been calling this number, my passport is about a year overdue. I sent the s.a high commision all of my original documents and last I heard from them was about 6 months ago. I have had no calls taken and no emails replied.. what's up with that... I have just started a new job and I need my passport to get a drivers licence and this is putting my life on hold.. not very groovy at all.
Hi I have trying every day for a month to call the high commision they dont answer calls and when you leave a message they dont bother to come back to you
