We do suspect that some if not many of government employees are working without proper identity documents.
The persal system must check this and a morphotype fingerprint correspondant is required or a prerequisite.

I am trying to reach a human being at the Consulate/Embassy but nobody answers their phones. Really? All I need to know is how to get a Power of Attorney letter to send to my son in SA because my bank account is locked and he has to take the letter to the bank.
been calling for passport.. always goes to voicemail, WHY?
Applied for a permanent SA passport last year, still haven't receive it. And embassy seems to be completely shut down. No one is ever available and sometimes phone goes straight to a voicemail. So disappointed :-(
I thought my experience could ONLY be better OUT of SA.... lol I may as well be bk there for the lack of understanding and knowledge the staff here hv!! horrified and still waiting for basic answers to my basic queries :(
I AM A CITIZEN OF EL SALVADOR AND AM PLANNING TO TRAVEL TO SOUTH AFRICA NEXT MONTH. ON SOME WEBSITES IT SAYS I DO NOT NEED A VISA TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. HOWEVER, ON HERE EL SALVADOR IS NOT ON THE LIST OF COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT NEED A VISA PRIOR TO ARRIVING IN SOUTH AFRICA. WHAT IS THE CORRECT ANSWER?
