Dear Sir, I tried to do this in Pretoria over Christmas holidays at passport office. They said that they dont do this. I should carry both passports as both are still legal as "old full passport" only expires in 2015. Now that I'm back at work, I cannot get a exit entry visa to Bahrain. The advise I was given is that I need to drive from Jubail to Riyadh to cancell the old passport, so that Saudi passport office can transfer my data related to my Iqama onto new passport in order to get visa. Is this true and if so, what office hours do you operate daily? Above is my email address and I hope to drive to Riyadh tomorrow. Regards Jannie Botha.
